Founded in 1903 and relocated to Cranston in 1906, Providence Revolver Club operates as one of New England's premier NRA-affiliated indoor handgun ranges. The club's core mission hasn't changed: safe, controlled shooting in a professional environment.
Six fully equipped shooting positions meet the needs of both novice and experienced shooters. Key features include:

Providence Revolver hosts one of Rhode Island's top pistol teams, which has won the state championship multiple times. The club features:
You don't need to be an expert marksman to join the team. Members work up at their own pace with guidance from experienced shooters.
No sponsor needed. The process involves:
1. Application fee: $100 (covers training) 2. Submit BCI background check (not older than 30 days) 3. Proof of NRA membership 4. Interview with executive committee (monthly meetings, first Tuesday) 5. Complete NRA training and qualification course (Saturday or Sunday morning) 6. Year-long probationary membership while dues ($250 annually, pro-rated) are established 7. Full membership after uneventful first year
