Full description and what we offer
Tactical Concepts RI opened in 2022 as a self-defense focused gun store in Cumberland, Rhode Island. The shop specializes in getting new shooters started—whether that's personal defense or sport shooting—with one-on-one guidance rather than a sales-pitch approach.
Owner Rui Felix personally consults with every customer based on their needs. He covers the full range: which firearm fits your situation, how to properly store it, and what the Rhode Island licensing process actually looks like.
- •Handguns - Self-defense and sport options
- •Rifles - Various calibers and configurations
- •Shotguns - Home defense and hunting models
- •Non-lethal options - For those wanting alternatives
- •Shooting supplies and accessories
Navigating RI's licensing requirements can be confusing. Tactical Concepts handles questions about the state Blue Card process and can guide you through obtaining a conceal carry permit if that's your direction.
Free consultations available by phone or appointment. They're fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Walk-ins welcome during business hours.
