The Range RI opened in Exeter as Rhode Island's newest shooting experience, born from the vision of Andre Mendes and Will Worthy. The owners had already built Big Bear Hunting and Fishing in Glocester, RI into one of the state's respected outdoor retailers—and a dedicated shooting range was always part of the plan.

The Range operates as a semi-private facility with 15 total lanes:

It's open 7 days a week: Monday–Friday 10am–9pm, Saturday 10am–6pm, Sunday 10am–6pm (closed for major holidays).

The Range offers a full schedule of NRA and specialized firearms classes, from fundamentals to advanced skills:

All instructors and Range Safety Officers are professionally trained, competent, and focused on safe, rewarding experiences for both first-time shooters and experienced competitors.

Memberships are available for individuals, couples, and families. Monthly billing on a one-year contract. Members receive:

The Range hosts private events, company meetings, and celebrations with customizable room setups. Services include:

All events must be paid in full at booking. Cancellations 2+ weeks in advance receive a refund minus a 20% booking fee; less than 2 weeks notice forfeits the fee.
