Black belt instructors with extensive law enforcement backgrounds, former military service, and homeschool teaching experience. Varied expertise means they can tailor instruction to your needs.
The training space includes padded mat floors, boxing gloves and headgear, kicking/punch pads, and all necessary equipment (mouthpieces available for purchase).
