Lionheart Law Enforcement Training LLC holds the exclusive certification to deliver Law Enforcement D.R.A.W. School curriculum across South Carolina. Based on Johns Island near Charleston, the company specializes in advanced instructor-level training for law enforcement officers pursuing state firearms instructor certifications.

• •Mark McGougan (Co-Founder/Lead Instructor) brings 11 years of USCG Maritime Enforcement Specialist experience, including 9+ years in active maritime law enforcement operations. He served as an Airborne Use of Force Precision Marksman and instructor—essentially a Coast Guard sniper conducting helicopter-based precision operations against smuggling vessels. After earning his criminal justice degree, Mark became a Charleston Police Officer (top shot at both SCCJA and CPD academies) before moving to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Charleston as an instructor. He currently teaches at the Maritime Law Enforcement Academy, instructing ground defensive tactics and shoot house operations.

• •Caleb Shropshier ("Shrop") is an active patrol sergeant with 15+ years in law enforcement and 10 years as a SWAT Team member—currently serving as Team Leader and Training Coordinator. His certifications include NRA Rifle Instructor, IALEFI Pistol Instructor, Sage Dynamics Red Dot Sight Instructor, FLETC Active Shooter Instructor, SCCJA Driving Instructor, SCCJA Defensive Tactics Instructor, and Taser Instructor. Shrop has completed advanced training through the Government Training Institute's Hostage Rescue Tactics program and holds a degree from USC Aiken.
