Muddy Hollow Hunt Club is built on a simple philosophy: clean, friendly hunting focused on fellowship and training the next generation of hunters. This isn't a trophy club. Members hunt to eat, respect what they harvest, and share the land with like-minded hunters.

Each property offers different hunting opportunities and management philosophies. The Fairfield tract operates as a managed deer property where members practice conservation principles and let younger bucks walk.

Memberships run March 1 to March 1 annually. Dues and deposits are non-refundable. Spouses hunting the same stand are included with one membership. If hunting a separate stand, full membership required.
All members must attend 3 work days per year, held the first Saturday of each month. Missing work days costs $75 per absence, added to membership dues. New members also pay a $100 initiation fee.
Stand Management - Peg-in board system marks all stands - Sign in with name and stand number upon arrival - Pin must be removed when leaving—you cannot claim a spot and leave for lunch - Climbers use magnets to mark hunting area - All stands require prior approval; personal stands must display member name - Fairfield tract uses club-owned, club-managed stands only (minimum 300 yards apart)
Check-In Requirements - All deer, turkey, and hog must be reported via calendar, email, text, or call - Failure to report harvests is grounds for membership termination - Turkey hunting: Members pin in at gate (Union tract) or starting point
Members can check property availability and reserve hunting dates through the club calendar on the website. First-time users should call or text for access setup.
Deer Hunting - Calendar check-in required - Pin in on map board at property - All kills must be reported on website - Camera checks and corn maintenance: hunt the area and drive in after dark to avoid trampling scent
Turkey Hunting - Guests allowed starting April 15 ($30/day fee) - No visitors on Fairfield tract - Pin in at gate (Union) or starting point
Hog Hunting - Can be hunted during deer season from stands during daylight hours (still hunting only) - Otherwise falls under small game season (Jan 2-Sept 1)
Duck Hunting - Philson tract pond only, after deer season ends - No waterfowl hunting on Union tract—members without waterfowl rights will be removed
