Full description and what we offer
OTG Tactical trains law enforcement officers across Tennessee with instructors who've held real positions: patrol supervisors, field training officers, narcotics specialists, and SWAT/SRT members and leaders. This isn't theoretical. These are people who've run operations, made calls, and led teams.
Their approach centers on three principles: Assess your environment, Avert conflict when possible, and Resolve situations that can't be avoided. This framework applies across all their courses—classroom work, live fire drills, force-on-force scenarios, and technology-based training.
"OTG Instructors are the definition of Professionalism"
The instructors stay current. They attend training across the country with military special operations members, big-city police experts, and competitive shooters. They act as a clearing house for the most relevant tactics, techniques, and skills for law enforcement in Tennessee and beyond.
