901 Firearms Training is run by US Military Veterans and Retired Law Enforcement Officers who understand what responsible carry actually means. They offer two main paths to getting your Tennessee permit—both designed around your schedule and commitment level.

Enhanced Carry Permit (8 hours) This is the top-tier option. You get 4+ hours of classroom instruction covering Federal and state use-of-force law, safe storage, maintenance, carry methods, and the three critical decision points you face in any self-defense situation. The rest of the class is live range time where you actually qualify with your firearm. You walk out confident and legally able to carry open or concealed in more Tennessee locations and across more states that recognize Tennessee permits.

Concealed Carry Permit (4 hours) For people with limited time, this covers the essentials: safe storage, maintenance, carry, use of force, and those same three defensive battles. No range requirement, but you still get the legal knowledge. Reciprocity agreements with other states mean your permit travels.
