Mindy Kay Ray specializes in gun training for women in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with classes designed to build competence and confidence from absolute beginner to advanced shooter. Her approach centers on a supportive, empowering environment where you'll learn gun safety, proper handling, mindset, and fundamentals.

The training path is straightforward: complete two beginner-level classes or lessons, then move into the Conceal with Confidence course.

Step 1 Options: - Beginner Handgun Class – Weekend group classes for anyone new to firearms or returning after a year+ break. Everything provided (guns, ammo, eye/ear protection). Range fee: $15. - Private Lesson – 2-hour one-on-one sessions, mostly weekdays. Same equipment provided. Best for those who get nervous in groups. Range fee: $15.

Step 2: - Conceal with Confidence – Covers holster selection for your body type, safe draw/reholster, and live-fire practice in a slow, controlled environment. Holsters and guns can be provided if needed.

Recipient of the Prestigious Rangemaster Challenge Coin for fastest time on the "Rolling Thunder" drill—19.36 seconds, first person (man or woman) to break 20 seconds.
