Open Arms Texas keeps things simple: $25 per firearm transfer, no hidden fees or surprises. They handle handguns, rifles, shotguns, and receivers for buyers across Greater Waco and surrounding areas including Hewitt, Marlin, Waco, Robinson, and 50+ other nearby towns.
- •FFL Transfers – $25 per firearm with ATF Form 4473 and background check

Their workflow is straightforward. Send them your buyer info and the sender's FFL details via email, track your shipment, and they'll contact you within 24 hours (typically) to two business days once it arrives. Show up with your Texas Driver's License, CHL/LTC if you have one, and $25 cash. They handle the 4473 and background check on-site.
For out-of-state transfers, firearms must come from an FFL. In-state non-FFL transfers require the sender's ID and a note with the make, model, and serial number.
