Preston Tactical

James Preston owns and directs Preston Tactical. He's a Texas Peace Officer with Master Peace Officer certification and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice—he graduated first in his police academy class. He holds TCOLE instructor certifications, firearms instructor credentials, field training officer status, and is a Concealed Handgun License instructor. He's also cross-trained as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

With thousands of hours training law enforcement agencies and private students, Preston combines real-world experience with instruction that actually works outside the classroom. Students consistently mention his dynamic teaching style, positive mindset, and willingness to challenge them.
