Slick Training Solutions is a veteran-owned firearms training company in San Antonio founded by David 'Slick'—a former Marine reconnaissance instructor with 10+ years active duty and 18 years in law enforcement. He spent time as a lead firearms instructor at a police academy and brings actual tactical experience from deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan plus intelligence and security work with the Defense Intelligence Agency.

This isn't a weekend instructor program. The owner trained Marines on weapons platforms, instructed in the Marine Reconnaissance pipeline, and regularly competes in USPSA, IDPA, 3-gun, PRS, and sporting clays. He still attends instructor development courses throughout the year.
