Viper Weapons Training

Viper Weapons Training is 100% veteran-owned and operated by instructors with military combat experience across multiple services. The core of what they teach is the Natural Point of Aim (NPA) system—a military pistol combat shooting platform that comes directly from US Department of Defense doctrine.

NPA teaches symmetrical upper body stability and lower body mobility so you can shoot consistently while moving or stationary, engaging multiple targets. It works without sights but integrates seamlessly with red dots, lasers, weapon lights, and night vision. The system is built on natural body posture and normal pointing—no artificial positions to memorize.

Specialized training available in lights, lasers, red dots, and suppressors. Training packages for law enforcement, teachers, and personal protection professionals. Medical training and certification also available.

All courses are private or max 2 students per instructor, scheduled by appointment, 7 days a week.

Every course starts with academics using laser training pistols and the US Army's new Armament Training System (ATS)—they were selected to test this system. Instructors correct technique through live observation and on-the-spot video analysis with slow-motion playback. Course videos are edited and sent to students for future reference.

Viper conducts Terminal Wound Ballistics (TWB) testing following FBI and DoD protocols in IWBA-calibrated gel and animal tissue. They've published 52 reports for federal, state, and local agencies, security companies, and ammunition manufacturers—including the 2016-17 Joint Agency Ballistics Test for Defensive Handgun Ammunition Report.

Heavy barrier and armor testing also available.
