We Stand Academy

We Stand Academy is built around Chief Instructor L. Brownlee—30 years in law enforcement and military, federal law enforcement instructor, and certified across NRA, DPS, and Texas school safety instruction. All instructors are active duty or prior service law enforcement and military, plus professional certified teachers.

Handgun Training - License to Carry Handgun ($75, every other Saturday) - Basic Defensive Handgun ($100, new shooters or skill improvement) - NRA Basic Handgun - Intermediate and Advanced Pistol

Rifle & Tactical - NRA Basic Rifle - Basic, Precision, and Tactical Rifle courses - Intro to AR-style weapons - Intro to Defensive Shotgun (by appointment)

Specialized Certifications - School Safety Guardian Officer Training — Texas DPS official certification, 2-3 days, $350-$425. Includes security vulnerability assessments and recurring training plans. - Armed First Responder (Fire/EMS) — Three-day course covering advanced firearms, de-escalation, and House Bill 1069 compliance. - Church Security Team Training — Volunteer and certified options with team organization, vulnerability assessment, and emergency preparedness. - Hunter Education Certification (TPWD)

Youth & Community - Kids' Safety Awareness (interactive, age-appropriate safety training) - "Refuse To Be A Victim" Seminar (personal safety and crime prevention) - Active Shooter Reaction Procedure Seminar
