Armed & Confident is built on a simple mission: eliminate the fear of firearms so you can protect yourself and your family with confidence.

• •NRA Certified Pistol Instructor Vickie Elder teaches out of Lynchburg and surrounding areas. She focuses on what actually matters—safety, fundamentals, and skill.

• •Firearm safety and proper handling
• •Handgun anatomy (revolvers and semi-automatics)
• •Grip, stance, aiming, trigger control, follow-through
• •Loading and unloading techniques
• •Clearing basic jams and malfunctions
• •Situational awareness and conflict avoidance
• •Virginia concealed carry laws

• •Virginia CCW Classes satisfy all training requirements for concealed carry permits. Next class: February 28, 2026 (10am–12:30pm).
