The Concealed Carry Institute

The Concealed Carry Institute has been teaching concealed carry fundamentals since 1995, when Virginia law standardized permit issuance across the state. Instead of forcing you to sit through a Saturday class, they deliver everything online: watch the video when it fits your schedule, take the test at your own pace, print the certificate, and submit it to your county clerk.
