Firearms Safety First, LLC is a movement built on trust and community, founded by Brian "Doc" Bowen—a USCCA Certified Instructor, Range Safety Officer, Maryland QHIC Instructor, and Delaware CCDW Instructor. As a mobile instructor, Doc brings expert firearms education directly to you across Hampton Roads (Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Williamsburg), the entire Commonwealth of Virginia, Southern Maryland, and Delaware.

Doc meets shooters where they are: first-time gun owners, parents seeking family-friendly instruction, military members refining skills, seniors learning safe handling, youth development, court-ordered training requirements, and anyone legally able to own and carry firearms.
