Richmond Rod and Gun Club

Richmond Rod and Gun Club is a multi-purpose shooting sports facility established in 1955, offering a welcoming environment for marksmen and archers of all skill levels. Located in Richmond, BC, RRGC operates dedicated indoor ranges for both archery and Olympic-style air pistol/rifle disciplines.

Richmond Rod and Gun Club provides two specialized indoor ranges:

• •18-Meter Indoor Archery Range - Serves compound, Olympic recurve, and traditional archers in a safe, supervised environment
• •10-Meter Olympic Air Pistol & Air Rifle Range - Dedicated to 10m air shooting sports with ten-position setup

The club supports diverse shooting disciplines and outdoor pursuits:

• •Archery - All levels welcome, from beginners to advanced competitors
• •Air Pistol & Air Rifle - Olympic-style 10m shooting sports
• •Hunting - Safe, legal, and sustainable hunting practices
• •Sport Fishing - Recreational fishing with club members
• •Photography - Outdoor and wildlife photography community

RRGC operates on an April 1 - March 31 membership year. Members enjoy discounted drop-in rates, exclusive event invites, BC Wildlife Federation membership, and included insurance. Rental equipment is available for beginners or those without their own gear. The club also welcomes drop-in visitors for archery and airgun activities.

Both archery and air rifle are Kidsport-eligible sports in BC, making families potentially eligible for grants toward memberships and coaching through Kidsport Canada.

RRGC maintains qualified range officers and instructors to ensure a friendly, safe, and controlled shooting environment for all members.
