Trinity Defense Training, LLC is a women-owned firearms training business founded on the principle that everyone has the right to self-protection. Instructor Tammie Cecil has been teaching new shooters since 2019, and she specializes in helping women become comfortable and confident with firearms. While the focus is on training women, Trinity welcomes open-minded men as well.

Non-Firearms Defensive Training: - Refuse To Be A Victim (situational awareness and crime prevention) - Personal Security and Home Defense (USCCA curriculum) - Real Estate Safety and Self Defense (specialized for agents) - USCCA First Aid Fundamentals (tourniquet application, chest seals, triage) - Red Cross Adult/Pediatric CPR/AED

Trinity operates out of multiple locations including Fredericksburg and Culpeper, Virginia. Classes are scheduled regularly throughout the year with both firearms and CPR certification options.
