Trouble Defense LLC was founded by Dee Parker, an Army veteran and NRA-certified firearms instructor, and Sheena Parker, an advocate for women's empowerment and childhood development. Both grew up in Washington, D.C., witnessing firsthand the personal safety challenges facing residents. That shared vision became the academy—over a decade of firearms instruction across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
