Center Mass Academy handles concealed carry permit courses for Wisconsin and Minnesota, plus multi-state options. Tim Chaussee, a retired Chippewa County deputy and Wisconsin DOJ certified tactical instructor, runs the operation out of Cameron.

Chaussee is ALERRT certified through Texas State University and teaches Civilian Response To Active Shooter Events (CRASE). Site evaluations available. Training is tailored to organizational needs and held on request.

Wisconsin CCW is recognized in 26 states (Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming). Minnesota does not recognize Wisconsin permits. Pre-travel verification recommended.
