Cheyenne started shooting trap at age 5 and turned to the sport as a source of strength during her teens. After confronting depression and suicidal thoughts at 13, she found her purpose through Christ and competition.

Only the 3rd female ever to shoot directly onto the US National Jr Team without first competing on the Jr Olympic Team
Cheyenne trains at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs under an international shooting coach. She competes nationally and internationally while actively engaging with her deaf community—she signs at church weekly and leads her school's Deaf Culture Club.
