BlackHawk BowHunters

Blackhawk Bowhunters operates a full shooting facility just south of Verona designed for archers at every skill level. The club is structured as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, meaning membership fees go directly back into maintaining and improving the facility.

Outdoor ranges: - 9 field tip target lanes (10-100 yards) - 2 broadhead target lanes (20-40 yards) - 14 NFAA compressed bale targets (10-80+ meters) - 16 seasonal 3D targets (small fee for non-league shooters) - 6 elevated shooting platforms

Indoor facility: - 16 target lanes - Five-spot, animal, and movable bale targets - Air-conditioned clubhouse with seating area - Full kitchen and bar

Blackhawk hosts established indoor and outdoor leagues in multiple divisions: bowhunters, NFAA, traditional, and youth. The signature event is the annual Blackhawk Open, which draws competitors throughout the season.

Members can log work hours online or in the clubhouse logbook. Unmet hours are charged at $17/hour at year-end.

Six-month memberships (Aug 1 - Jan 31) available at reduced rates: Single $110, Family $175, Youth/Student $80, Senior $80.

Members get 24/7 access to the facility (except during published closures for events). Public shooting hours vary seasonally—highest availability March through June, reduced hours November-February, closed in December.
