Location details and information

Founded in 1933, Osceola Rod & Gun Club operates as a member-driven shooting range and sports club serving Osceola and surrounding communities in Wisconsin. The club's mission is straightforward: promote sport shooting and hunting, build fellowship among members, and support conservation of Wisconsin's game and land.

The club runs established leagues and ranges across multiple disciplines:

  • •Trap League - competitive clay target shooting
  • •5-Stand League - varied shooting positions and targets
  • •Pistol League - handgun competition and training
  • •Rimfire League & Rimfire 22 - .22 caliber rifle shooting
  • •Archery League - bow hunting and target archery
  • •Rifle and Pistol Ranges - open shooting for members

All shooting activities prioritize safety with established protocols and experienced range management.

Junior members (under 18) participate in club activities on a non-voting basis. Here's how it works:

  • •No fee for juniors if their parent or legal guardian is a paid member
  • •Hunter safety certificates required for shooting events
  • •Juniors without certificates must be accompanied by their guardian
  • •Written parental consent required before participation

Experienced shooters at the club actively mentor younger members, creating an environment where newcomers learn without judgment.

  • •Who can join: Anyone 18 or older, of good character and interested in the club's objectives. Membership year runs February 1 - January 31.

What membership includes: - Voting rights on club matters - Participation in all club activities - Access to shooting ranges and leagues - Attendance at monthly meetings and events

  • •Vice President: Dennis Hoyt
  • •Secretary: Michelle Stoltz
  • •Treasurer: Jeff Demulling
  • •Board Members: Jason Reed, Steve Peterson, Chris Peterson, Shawn Kammerud, Chad McNitt, Jack Werner

Monthly membership meetings are held on the last Monday of each month. The club also hosts an annual membership meeting and special events throughout the year, including a banquet fundraiser.
