Powers Lake Sportsmen's Club

Powers Lake Sportsmens Club is a Wisconsin-based shooting club that's been supporting trap shooters and outdoor sportsmen for nearly two decades. They run organized competitive leagues throughout the year with regular open shooting opportunities.

• •Summer League: Monday nights, 5-man teams, 14-week season, 25 birds per night
• •Winter League: Sunday shoots
• •Open Shoots: Thursday nights (except the 1st Thursday monthly, reserved for club meetings at 7:00 PM)

The club does more than organize shoots. They've invested heavily in local conservation and education:

• •Stocked over 20,000 walleye into Powers Lake
• •Major contributor to the Peat Lake Wildlife Project in Kenosha County (2005)
• •Sponsor of Wilmot High School and Badger High School trap teams

Their signature fundraiser is now in its 17th year. The raffle runs throughout the fall with one firearm drawn daily, starting September 2nd. This event generates the revenue that keeps the club running and supports their community initiatives.

"Support from all of you helps our club grow," the club states in their raffle materials—and that community foundation is what keeps Powers Lake running.

The club maintains competitive league scores and high school team tracking, so shooters can follow their progress throughout the season.
