The club recently added indoor bathroom facilities and an indoor archery range to the clubhouse, showing their commitment to year-round usability.

They run structured competitions including: - Archery Leagues for all skill levels - Accuracy Shooting League for rifle shooters - Trap League and High School Trap League

Beyond leagues, the club organizes turkey shoots, rifle sight-in days, bow hunter education, and rifle education programs. Public events like 3D archery shoots welcome non-members with liability waivers.

Guests are allowed (max 2 per membership) but cannot join leagues. Reoccurring guests should upgrade to membership.

Willow River maintains active partnerships with conservation and sportsmen's organizations. They contribute both volunteers and funding to county and state-wide conservation projects, including long-term participation in pheasant stocking programs. Local law enforcement and youth organizations use the facilities regularly.

After membership approval, a Membership Director schedules your range orientation. Once complete, you receive your gate key card and full facility access. Applications take about 2 weeks to process.
