Daly Ranch Outfitters controls 100,000+ acres of private hunting land in northeastern Wyoming, just north of Gillette in Campbell County. This family-owned ranch has been operated by the Daly family for five generations and ranks among the most exclusive hunting properties in the western United States.

Daly Ranch runs two primary hunts:

Currently fully booked for 2023 and 2024. Now accepting reservations for fall 2025 and 2026.
A 50% deposit is due at booking to guarantee your spot. Final balance is due upon arrival.
Daly Ranch guides provide: - Guided 4-day trophy hunt (2 days for management deer) - 2-on-1 guide ratio (2 hunters per guide) - Transportation from Campbell County Airport and/or hotel - All hunting area transportation - Guide fees - Lunches during 4-day hunts
Mule Deer (Region C) - Out-of-state license: $662.00 - "Nonresident Special" option available (recommended) - Application deadline: May 31st annually
Antelope (Area 17) - Out-of-state license: $326.00 - Application deadline: May 31st annually

Daly Ranch Outfitters caps annual harvest at: - 18 mule deer per season - 25+ antelope per season
No more than one hunting party operates on the property at any time. This restriction ensures the best possible hunting experience and minimizes pressure on the animal populations.
Tad Daly - Owner & Primary Guide Tad is a fifth-generation Daly rancher who was raised on the property. He graduated high school in 1988, earned his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 1996, and returned to Gillette to take over hunting operations. He's been running hunts for 26 years and has hunted across four continents including Africa, South America, New Zealand, Alaska, and Canada. Tad is an accomplished archery hunter and fly fisherman. He practices law in Gillette and lives with his wife Traci and daughters Sawyer and Quinn.
Kellen Smith - Guide & Ranch Manager Kellen is a fifth-generation rancher and 2013 University of Wyoming graduate with a bachelor's degree in Range Management and Watershed Ecology. He's been involved in ranch operations since childhood and has extensive scouting knowledge of the property's terrain. As co-cattle manager (with his brother), Kellen knows every acre of the hunting land. He's also a musician and songwriter. Kellen lives on the ranch with his wife and kids.
