Full description and what we offer
Hamilton Outfitters holds licenses for some of Idaho's top big game units: 66A & 76 Diamond Creek Zone and 66 Tex Creek Zone. These areas support large populations of trophy elk, with mule deer herds improving annually. The hunting zones also hold moose, cougar, and bear populations.
Two hunting options available: - Guided hunts with experienced guides on horseback - Drop camps for self-guided hunters seeking reduced hunting pressure
All camps feature wall tents with carpeting and quality camp setups. The outfitter maintains top-quality livestock and experienced horse handlers for backcountry access.
"They have the premier elk area in Idaho... there just isn't an area that has as many elk with as many mature bulls." - Frank, 15x repeat hunter
The repeat client list tells the story - hunters return year after year, some for over 17 seasons. Multiple clients describe the family atmosphere and dependable operation.
