Wykota Wild Game Processing treats your harvest like you would—with respect and precision. Located in Pavillion, they specialize in large game processing for elk, deer, antelope, bison, moose, and wild sheep, all cut to your exact specifications.
None of the orders are mixed on the processing floor, so you get only your meat back.
Every order is vacuum-sealed for freshness and freezer longevity. Beyond standard cuts, they offer custom products made from their own recipes:
