Permit Details: - Resident fee: $13 - Non-resident fee: $15 - Healthcare provider certification required (MD, DO, DC, NP, or PA) - Permits valid for one year if disability is temporary; permanent permits don't expire - Must be in possession when hunting archery-only seasons
