Hike to Hunt 3D Archery Challenge

Hike To Hunt doesn't set up flat, boring 3D ranges. Every course mimics what you'll actually encounter on a hunt—terrain changes, elevation shifts, obstacles like trees and rocks partially blocking shots, and unpredictable distances from 20 to 120 yards. Professional Rinehart Targets represent game from small animals like javelina to larger elk and deer.

Events run multiple times per year across the Southwest, bringing 3D archery within a half-day drive or short flight of major cities:

• •Single Day: $35–$45 per person
• •Total-Access (multi-day): $60–$80
• •VIP Packages: ~$150 (limited availability)
• •Sitka Archery Season Pass: $675
• •Youth (15 & under): $20 single day or FREE with Total-Access/VIP
• •Non-shooters: $10–$20 to spectate

Warm-up range available at every event so you can sight in before tackling the courses. You can shoot multiple courses in one day depending on your fitness level—just register for your starting time, then all other courses open up after completion. Events stop accepting new starters at 4 PM.

Not a scored competition—bring a scorecard if you want to track your hits for bragging rights, but this is about having fun and testing your real-world archery skills. The PSE Skills Challenge is available if you want to compete for cash and prizes from sponsors.

Shooting alone? You need to be 18+ with valid ID. Anyone under 18 must have an adult present at check-in and on the course at all times.

Rain doesn't stop events—they simulate actual hunting conditions, and events only cancel for Forest Service closures due to emergencies like wildfire. Limited camping available at some venues; most events are within 30 minutes of hotels.

Crossbows not allowed due to permit and insurance restrictions. Compound bows only.
