Marco Firriolo has been hunting Arizona since 1991 and started Bars Hunting Service in 2002. He's 52, physically fit, and still actively guides every hunt he books. This isn't an outfitter with staff—you work directly with Marco from the phone call through the field.
Personal Scouting Before Every Hunt Marco scouts both familiar and unfamiliar territory before each hunt he accepts. He doesn't show up cold. His clients benefit from this prep work.

Bear and mountain lion hunts available year-round for hunters who didn't draw limited tags. Statewide hunts available for elk, deer, antelope, javelina, turkey, bear, and lion.

Whitetail Deer: 5A, 6A, 6B, 8, 21, 22, 23, 32, 33
Mule Deer: 5A, 5B, 6A, 7, 8, 10, 12A-East, 12A-West, 21, 22, 33, 37A, 37B
Antelope: Statewide (all units)
Hunting Grounds: Coconino Forest, Apache-Sitgreaves Forest, Tonto Forest, Kaibab Forest

Marco documents his work. Recent seasons show clients successfully harvesting: - Antlerless elk in limited opportunity units - Bull elk across multiple seasons (archery, muzzleloader, rifle) - Black bears scoring in Boone & Crockett range - Javelina and turkey in spring and fall seasons - Mule and whitetail deer

1. Apply for Arizona Game & Fish drawing at azgfd.com/hunting/draw/ (deadlines in February typically) 2. Once you draw a tag, contact Marco immediately 3. If you didn't draw, bear and mountain lion hunts are available via general season and over-the-counter tags 4. Multiple hunters on one hunt must know each other 5. Contact Marco to discuss your specific hunt, unit preference, and timing
Draw results typically post late February. Credit card charges hit around the same time tags are issued. Reach out to Marco as soon as you're successful.
