ASRPA Cactus Clays operates the shotgun division of the Arizona State Rifle & Pistol Association, a 501(c)(4) organization affiliated with the National Rifle Association. They focus on clay target shooting instruction and competitive shotgun sports.
The ASRPA Cactus Clays Trap Instructional Course runs weekly January through March at Ben Avery Clay Target Center in Phoenix. Classes meet Thursdays with an early session (5:00-5:30 PM) and main instruction (7:00 PM). The format combines 1:1 coaching within squad shooting.
