Full description and what we offer
Unlike shops that just "restore" everything to museum condition, King's Armory understands that restoration means different things depending on what you own. If you're a C&R collector with a 1937 Mauser or a Marlin semi-auto from 1932, the owner will have a real conversation with you first about what you actually want done—because stripping down a valuable military rifle can destroy its worth.
They've tackled everything: hand-rubbed BLO finishes on wartime Mausers, complete rebuilds of neglected family heirlooms like your grandfather's squirrel rifle, and heavy-duty reclamation projects on beat-up field guns. One Norinco SKS came in completely shot-out with a destroyed stock and cosmoline-caked internals. After a full teardown, they replaced the gas piston, bolt, firing pin, magazine, and stock with U.S.-made parts to meet 922(r) requirements, added a muzzle brake and bipod, and delivered a like-new rifle ready for the range.
This isn't just a restoration shop—it's a working gunsmith that handles repairs and modifications on semi-autos, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, and rimfires.

The website notes this is just what's regularly featured—call to ask about specific parts or guns you're looking for.
Buying a gun from an online auction, Gun Broker, Guns America, AIM Surplus, Classic Firearms, or J&G Sales? King's Armory has FFL relationships set up with these retailers and will handle your transfer.
The owner has gotten into black powder shooting and will help you get started if you're interested. Unlike modern cartridge guns, black powder firearms can be shipped to your door with no background check or ATF paperwork required (they're classified as antiques). He can arrange a demo or help you find what you need to begin.
