Konigsmark Supply Company in Bullhead City handles firearms transfers for shooters buying online or from other dealers. The $25 transfer fee (and up) covers all the paperwork—Federal 4473 form, background check, and ATF compliance. No shortcuts, no exceptions.
If you're buying from another FFL dealer, you give Konigsmark their contact info. Gary faxes the FFL license over, usually same or next business day. When you order online, just ship to their Bullhead City address and they'll call when it arrives.
Arizona CCW holders with a valid state ID get special treatment. If you have both an Arizona Concealed Weapons Permit and an AZ driver's license or state ID, you're pre-vetted. Most transfers complete faster after you fill out the 4473.
Background check results come back as "Proceed," "Delayed," or "Denied." Delayed doesn't mean you're flagged—it usually means NCIS is backed up. You can check your own record free at FBI NCIC before ordering to avoid surprises.
