Full description and what we offer
Noir Tactical Group runs a straightforward FFL operation in Arizona. Their whole system is built around one thing: making transfers hassle-free. They've got a standardized process, flexible scheduling, and they handle the paperwork correctly so you don't have to worry about it.
| Firearm Type | Fee | What's Included |
|---|---|---|
| Standard (pistols, rifles, receivers, shotguns) | $10 | Background check if non-CCW holder |
| NFA Items (suppressors, SBRs, SBS, AOW) | $25 | Form 4 paperwork (not tax stamp or fingerprints) |
They only accept transfers from licensed FFL dealers or manufacturers—no private out-of-state transfers without prior approval. When your firearm arrives, they log it into their system and hold it secure. You'll get a text message when it's ready for pickup. Don't show up before that notification hits your phone.
Delivery confirmation doesn't mean your gun is logged in and ready. They process firearms in order of arrival. If multiple items come the same day, there's a queue.
Arizona ID or Driver's License required. Out-of-state licenses don't work. Same rule for CCW permits—only Arizona CCW holders qualify for that recognition.
Noir Tactical Group honors active and veteran military (Army, Navy, Air Force, National Guard, Marine Corps, Coast Guard) with discounts on everything—firearms, transfers, training, services. Same deal for local, state, and federal law enforcement. Valid military ID, Veteran ID, DD-214, or LE credentials required at transaction time.
Beyond transfers, they offer NFA trust establishment, training courses including Arizona CCW certification, and web-based training options. They position themselves around accessibility and relevance—equipment and training that's actually applicable to what customers need, not just theoretical.
If you're transferring a firearm out, they'll ship within 48 hours to another FFL (you provide the box). You cover all shipping costs and insurance. Customer must provide their own FFL license copy before shipment.
