Ruff's Precision Gunworks

Ruff's Sporting Goods has been in downtown Flagstaff since 1932. In 2013, owner Eric Soderblom and manager Evan Ksenzulak launched Ruff's Precision Gunworks—a custom machine shop focused on what actually matters: rifles that perform.

The origin story matters here. Ksenzulak started shooting Precision Rifle Series competitions and realized factory rifles weren't cutting it. He built his first custom rifle—an FN Patrol Bolt Rifle in 6.5×47 Lapua—and it shot so well that customers took notice. Now RPG partners with Defiance Machine to build custom actions marked RPG, combining precision machining with field-tested accuracy.
