VC Armory

VC Armory was founded in 2018 by Justin and Nicole Young, carrying forward the legacy of master instructor Refugio Flores. Justin is a Marine Corps veteran with 25+ years of firearms experience and P.O.S.T, NRA, and CA DOJ certifications. He's on Ventura County's approved list for Concealed Carry permits. Nicole, also CA DOJ certified, specializes in women's self-defense instruction.

• •Simulator Training uses The MILO Range Pro—an infrared laser-based system integrated with a modified Glock 19. The sim gun delivers 80% of live-fire recoil but is 100% non-lethal and smokeless. Sessions ($90/hour) cover everything from basic safety and grip to home defense and crisis management. All levels welcome, scheduled during business hours with limited weekend availability.

• •Outdoor Range Days are designed for CCW students and proficient shooters. Classes run at Winchester Canyon Gun Club in Goleta and emphasize movement, shooting under stress, and defensive scenarios. Instructors provide individual attention across all skill levels—their oldest student was 92.

All sessions held at Shooter's Paradise in Oxnard (sim) and Winchester Canyon (outdoor). 24-hour cancellation policy.
