COURSE DESCRIPTION:This isn’t your average self-defense class. Defense in Heels, powered by the Jane Jitsu Women’s Defense movement, brings you a bold, effective, and empowering experience that every woman and teen should have under her (adorable but deadly) belt.
You’ll learn how to stay safe anytime, anywhere—with real-life skills that actually work. From escaping grabs and ground defense to spotting red flags and staying one step ahead of danger, we’ve got you covered. This course blends personal safety strategies, street smarts, and practical self-defense techniques in a hands-on, high-impact training session designed by women, for women.
