All hunts operate fair-chase on predominantly private land with some public land access via special BLM permit. Expert guides live on the property year-round, monitoring herd health and habitat.

This isn't roughing it. Cabins feature stone fireplaces, western furnishings, daily housekeeping, nightly bed turndown, natural stone bathrooms with copper sinks, and minibars. Room options include king or twin bed configurations with sitting areas. Wheelchair-accessible accommodations available.
Three Daily Meals prepared by an in-house executive chef and pastry chef. Family-style dining means you eat with other guests—something they credit with creating lasting friendships. Nine experienced guides on staff. Most live on property year-round, managing herd health. Backgrounds include 26+ years of big game hunting (David Christman), fly fishing guide experience (Austin Reynolds, Taylor Swift), and multi-state hunting knowledge. Specialties span waterfowl, elk calling, field judging, and mule deer spotting-and-stalking.
Hunters born after January 1, 1949 must complete an approved Colorado hunter education course before purchasing a license. Colorado Parks & Wildlife sets all licensing requirements—the ranch assists with applications.
Rates do not include: airfare, hunting licenses, meat processing, taxidermy, or incidental charges plus tax/service charge. 30% deposit required at booking; remainder charged 60 days prior to arrival. All payments non-refundable unless replacement hunter found.
Non-hunting companions welcome at normal inclusive rates. Single occupancy available at additional per-night fee.
