Full description and what we offer
Ivory & Antler Outfitters wasn't built by accident. Founder Tony Cesario grew up hunting Colorado's backcountry, then played tackle for Colorado State and four years in the NFL. After returning home, he and a friend started what would become one of Colorado's most respected outfitting operations—until Tony's passing in 2010. His memory drives everything the company does today.
Owner and Lead Guide Earl Oesterling took over after Tony's death, leaving a 17-year career at Toyota to honor his friend's vision. Earl brought real business experience and years of booking his own hunts across North America—he knows what separates a great trip from a wasted week and paycheck.
Hunts by Game Type: - Bull elk (rifle, archery, muzzleloader) - Cow elk - Whitetail and mule deer - Shiras moose - Antelope - Turkey - Mountain lion - Black bear
Trip Support: - Experienced guide teams - Lodge accommodations - Game processing - Trip planning assistance - Gear rentals available
"Provide a Life Long Memory at an Affordable Price." — Ivory & Antler Outfitters mission statement
Earl and his team understand the actual cost of hunting trips—time off work, equipment, travel, guides. They've built the operation around not gouging clients who take a week to hunt once a year. That doesn't mean budget quality. It means conservation-focused operations, stewards of the land, and guides who actually know where the animals are.
The Cesario 72 Foundation, established after Tony's passing, gives back to causes he cared about—keeping his legacy alive beyond the business itself.
