KB Style Adventures

KB Style Adventures operates out of Eads in El Paso County, Colorado, offering year-round guided hunts across the Colorado plains and high country. Owner Kevin Brown brings three generations of ranching experience to the operation and personally guides most hunts. The outfit is licensed (#2855), bonded, and insured as a professional Colorado hunting guide service.

Predator Hunting is their specialty. Kevin dedicates year-round effort to coyote hunting—daytime calling hunts, night hunts, and a dedicated coyote hunting school for both beginners and advanced hunters. Rates start at $500/day for 1x1 guided service (includes lodging), $900/day for 1x2, and $1,200/day for 1x3. The coyote school runs $500 (1x1), $850 (2x1), or $1,100 (3x1) and covers calling techniques, behavior, stand selection, wind work, and field care.

December through February, they also guide predator hunts for bobcat, swift fox, and other predators alongside coyotes.

Big Game includes: - Mule Deer: Spot-and-stalk hunts for bucks averaging 160-175" B&C, with some larger non-typicals in the area. Rifle, archery, and muzzleloader options available. Up to 5 days, 1x1 guided, includes lodging and field care. - Whitetail Deer: Rifle, muzzleloader, and archery hunts. Management buck hunts available (3 days, scoring under 120" B&C). Doe hunts available. - Pronghorn Antelope: 2.5 days guided on private land with 2 nights lodging. Rifle, muzzleloader, and archery available. Booking 2026 hunts now. Young hunters benefit from doe hunts for lower-pressure opportunities. - Elk: Year-round opportunities (specific details in source). - Turkey: Merriam turkey hunts now offered.

Upland & Small Game: - Pheasant hunting (license required for wild birds; free unguided dove in September with paid lodging) - Quail (bobwhite, great for dog training; bring your own dog or hunt behind theirs) - Prairie dog (long-range shooting with 100+ shots per day, relaxed all-day format) - Rabbit hunting (affordable, good for veterans or beginners)

Stand-alone range facility for pre-hunt practice. Sessions run $100/person (up to 5 hours, 2-5 shooters, includes 1 night lodging) or $150 for solo shooters. AR 500 steel targets, allowed downrange to inspect hits. Three course options:

1. Practical Hunting Course (250-500 yards): Shoot from 5 positions at 5 different setups 2. Long-Range Course: Intermediate (300-700 yards) or Expert (600-1,000 yards) 3. Custom Course (300-1,000 yards): Targets arranged per your preference

Non-shooting spectators $20 each.

Ranch lodging included with most hunts. Fully equipped for DIY meals (bring food or buy in Eads). In-field transportation, snacks, and water provided. Field care (skinning, quartering) included; trophy care/transportation separate.

Kevin and his crew hunt with a humble attitude. Operating from a faith-based foundation, they approach their work with integrity and treat people as they'd want to be treated. They deliberately conduct themselves "in a manner that was common in a time past"—emphasis on ethics, safety, and genuine outdoor experience over trophy chasing alone.

Hunters responsible for obtaining their own Colorado hunting licenses, habitat stamps, and tags. Hunter education card required if born after January 1, 1949. Specific season dates vary by game type and method of take.
