About This Program
What to expect when you show up
AG&AG Leadership Development is a women-only introductory shooting event at Montrose Rod & Gun Club designed to build confidence and foundational skills in a supportive environment. You'll learn from instructors who understand what it's like to be new to shooting and want to make you comfortable behind the gun.
This is a hands-on session where you'll work on safety, marksmanship basics, and handling fundamentals. The range has firearms available if you need to try before committing to your own, and the women-centered format means you're learning alongside peers in the same boat.
