Three Quarter Circles Sporting Clays

Three Quarter Circles operates on the historic Hogue Ranch, homesteaded in 1886 near the confluence of the Yampa and Elk Rivers. The property still runs under the THREE QUARTER CIRCLES brand, registered in 1899—a single-branding-iron design coveted for its simplicity. The original log cabin and outbuildings remain on the National Register of Historic Places, transformed into a working ranch that runs 80 head of Registered Red Angus cattle.

Located in Northwest Colorado on 1,200 acres at the base of the Continental Divide, the facility sits in the Yampa Valley basin. The area receives 250 days of sunshine annually, though heavy snow buries it from November through May.

The 12-station sporting clays course handles everything from beginners sharpening marksmanship to seasoned competitors. The layout modifies daily to support individual shooters or teams, focusing on sport or training—your choice.
