Leadville Rod and Gun Club

Leadville Rod and Gun Club operates a shooting range at 100 Gun Club Road in Leadville, Colorado. Club meetings are held at the local Elks Lodge.

The club hosts ATA-registered trap shoots, run as 100-singles, 100-handicap, 50-pair-doubles programs. Pistol activities include action pistol matches and a cowboy pistol event limited to single-action revolvers. Rifle fun shoots cover AR-style rifles, scoped carbines, and military-pattern rifles, and the club runs new-shooter introduction sessions for shotgun and pistol.

The club holds regular club meetings, work days to maintain and build out range facilities — including a move from an older range location to a newer one — and community gatherings such as an Independence Day picnic and an ice fishing derby at nearby Twin Lakes.
