Victor spent 20 years teaching Special Education in Seminole County Public Schools before transitioning to firearms instruction. That classroom background matters—he knows how people actually learn, when to push a student, and when to praise progress. He's not ex-military or law enforcement. He's a regular person who decided to protect his family and learned the skill one step at a time.

Mostly private, one-on-one instruction. You set the pace—some people need more time to master a skill, others pick up quickly. If you want to bring a friend or significant other, they're welcome. Groups max out at 4 people for beginner courses.

No shooting range in Lake Mary? Not a problem. Confidence Shooting arranges classroom and range time at: - Shoot Straight (Casselberry) - Shoot Straight (Apopka) - Strickland Gun Range - Volusia County Gun and Hunt Club

Classroom portions can be held at your home. Live fire must happen at one of the partnered ranges.

Brought covered. The school provides a variety of guns to try: - Full-size semi-automatic handguns - Compact semi-automatics - Sub-compact (micro) semi-automatics

You test them all to figure out what works for you. Targets and safety equipment included. Ammunition is not included—typically $21-$25 for a box of 50 rounds (no reloads or factory remanufactured). Buy at the range or bring your own.
