Leading Edge Firearms Training operates in Port Saint Lucie with courses covering St. Lucie, Okeechobee, Indian River, and Palm Beach counties. The lead instructor is an Army veteran (173rd Airborne, 2011-2014, deployed to Afghanistan) who holds NRA Instructor, NRA Range Safety Officer, and NRA LE Handgun Instructor certifications, plus Florida security licenses in 'D', 'G', and 'K' categories.

• •Concealed Carry Certification — The high-demand course covers Florida CCW law, reciprocity, storage, ammunition, home and vehicle safety, and proper authority interaction. 3 hours, $49. Meets Chapter 790.06(2) & (3) requirements.

• •Intro to Handgun — 4-hour beginner course on shooter-firearm fundamentals: grip, sight alignment, breath control, trigger control, drawing from holster, malfunction correction, and range time. $129.

• •Home Defense — 4-hour course covering firearm storage, child safety, reactive scenarios, burglar response, and when to contact authorities. $99.

• •Security License 'G' Course — 3-day intensive (24 hours classroom + 4-hour range) for those holding a Security 'D' license. Covers use of force law, duty firearms, shooting fundamentals, and includes assistance with state application paperwork and fingerprinting. $179 with discount for 'D' license holders.

• •NRA LE Division Handgun/Shotgun — 3-day law enforcement-specific training. Eligibility requires 3+ years sworn LE experience, retired LE status, armed security background, active military service with command approval, or full-time instructor employment.

• •NRA Range Safety Officer Services — Hire Matt as your RSO for private range events at $30/hour.

Full classroom setup with desks, projector, and course materials. Range sessions include PPE (ears, eyes), scoring materials, and course refreshers provided.
