All hunts happen on private land, and their philosophy is simple: come as a guest, leave as a friend.
Their flagship offering is the North Georgia mountain bear hunt (September-October). You hunt remote corn fields and high ridges using tree stands, ground blinds, and spot-and-stalk tactics. While targeting bear, you can take deer and hogs at no extra charge (one of each per hunter). Combo hunts often include a bowfishing session or sporting clays round.
Free-ranging hogs (no enclosures). Bows, rifles, handguns, and muzzleloaders welcome. Semi-guided or fully guided, your choice.
Great for kids and new hunters. Georgia has year-round hog season.
They take a limited number of deer hunters per year on large private tracts. Combine with hog hunts, striper fishing, or waterfowl for multi-species adventures.
Bucks must have 4 points per side or 15" inside spread. Fees include on-site transportation, guides, stands, maps, tracking, and field dressing.
These book far in advance. Zone 7 hunts with 100+ gators sighted per night. Bow and crossbow only—no snatch hooking. They handle all equipment and get you to easy bow range.
Requires Georgia lottery permit (apply at gohuntgeorgia.com with 4-5 priority points).
One of Georgia's best turkey hunting areas. Bow, muzzleloader, or shotgun.
