MilSim West operates out of Seattle, WA as a military simulation production company founded in 2012 by veterans who wanted to take airsoft to a different level. The core difference: every event integrates current and prior-service military members directly into the player chain of command, giving participants mentorship from people who've actually done the job.

Their cadre aren't referees or babysitters. All MSW staff are combat veterans from Afghanistan and/or Iraq operations. They're there to mentor, teach, and provide real-world application of military operations. This creates a genuine learning environment inside the gameplay.

40-hour continuous operations mean you're playing through day/night cycles, managing fatigue, making decisions on limited sleep—not just showing up Saturday afternoon for a few hours.

1. Use your best judgment to stay in the spirit of the event—exploit the rules and you're missing the point 2. Disrespect to staff or other players results in ejection without refund 3. Theft, violence, or illegal activity gets you handed to local law enforcement

The founder group started MSW because standard airsoft events didn't capture the actual experience of military operations.
