The Bohning Company

Bohning has manufactured archery products from the same location east of Lake City, Michigan since 1946. The company started when Rollin Bohning, a chemist and archer, developed adhesive products while collaborating with Doug Easton and Fred Bear throughout the 1940s, 50s, and 60s. His daughter Martha and son-in-law Colby Johnson took over operations in the 1970s, expanding the product line into bowhunting equipment. Since the late 1980s, the company has launched numerous innovative products across multiple categories.
